Terms of Service

By using BeautyPick you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a brand, you confirm you are authorised to bind that brand to them.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Registration details must be accurate, and an account belongs to one person.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Multiple accounts created to improve your odds of campaign selection are not permitted.

2. Taking part in campaigns

• Applying does not guarantee selection; the decision rests with the brand or with platform staff.
• If you are selected, you agree to deliver the agreed content before the stated deadline and to the specification published with the campaign.
• A brand may request revisions within the scope the campaign set out, but may not materially change the requirements after selecting you.
• Non-delivery or non-conforming delivery may forfeit the reward and affect your tier and future eligibility.

3. Disclosure of sponsored content

Any content produced in exchange for a reward or a free product must be clearly disclosed as such to your audience, in line with Saudi advertising rules and the requirements of the social platform you publish on. Paid reviews without disclosure breach these terms.

4. Rewards, wallet and payouts

• A reward is credited to your wallet once your submission is approved — not when you are selected.
• The wallet is a ledger: every movement is recorded and entries are never deleted.
• Payouts are requested by you and confirmed manually by platform staff to the bank details you provide. Transfers are not automated and approval may take several business days.
• Balances are held in Saudi riyals, and you are responsible for your own tax obligations.
• We may withhold or reverse any reward arising from fraud or from a breach of these terms.

5. Content ownership and licence

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting on the platform you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display and distribute it within the platform and to promote the platform itself. Content delivered as part of a campaign is additionally subject to the usage scope published with that campaign (duration and channels); unless that campaign says otherwise, a brand may not use it in paid advertising without a separate agreement.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fake or misleading reviews, or reviews written without genuinely trying the product.
• Buying engagement or followers, or otherwise manipulating performance metrics.
• Impersonating someone else, or posting content you do not have the rights to.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that breaks the law or public decency rules.
• Attempting to breach platform security, evade rate limits, or scrape data automatically.

7. Moderation

We may hide or remove content that breaches these terms and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. Moderation actions are logged, and you may appeal by contacting us.

8. Brand obligations

• The accuracy of product information and any claims made about it is the brand's responsibility.
• Products and rewards advertised in a campaign must be supplied within the stated period.
• Submitted content must be reviewed within a reasonable time and approval must not be withheld without cause.

9. Halal certification

A “halal verified” badge means the brand uploaded a certificate and platform staff reviewed it. BeautyPick is not a certification body, and this review does not replace approval by the competent authorities.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms; any balance legitimately earned before that remains claimable by you.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. User-generated content reflects the views of the people who post it, and reviews are not medical or cosmetic advice. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability — to the extent the law permits limitation — is capped at the amounts payable to you through the platform in the preceding twelve months.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute, after a 30-day period to attempt an amicable resolution.

13. Changes to these terms

For a material change we will notify you in the app and update the date above. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated version.
